Case Study 1
This proof of concept case study involved carrying out a selection against carbonic anhydrase 9 with DEL1-116, a 3.3 million compound library synthesised at Manchester.
Find out moreIn this section, we present real examples of our DNA-encoded libraries being successfully used to validate the hit discovery workflow, from DEL synthesis to off-DNA hit validation, by researchers at The University of Manchester and Newcastle University.
Libraries containing known binders of carbonic anhydrase and kinases were used to carry out selections against those targets, and the results have identified such known binders as enriched compounds amongst the rest of library members.
Within each case, you will find the project and selection details along with the results after deconvolution of the sequencing data. This gives an insight into what the deliverables will look like upon completion of a project.
